  • Shipping charges are weight-based (starting from ₹70 per kg – refer to our Shipping Policy for details).
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Bangalore: 4–5 business days
    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

 

  1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • A continuous uncut unpacking video is mandatory.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after product verification.
