In rare situations, we may cancel an order due to:

  • Product Unavailability – Item is out of stock or discontinued
  • Payment Issues – Failed transaction or verification errors
  • Fraud Prevention – Orders flagged for suspicious activity

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be informed immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery

Mandatory Condition

A continuous uncut unpacking video clearly showing the issue is required.
Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.

 

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Unpacking video

After approval:

  • We will arrange a pickup for the product
  • Product must be unused and in original condition with tags, packaging, and folds intact
  • If pickup is unavailable, you may ship the product to us; verified shipping charges will be reimbursed

 

Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Color Disclaimer

Minor color variations (up to 10%) due to lighting, photography, or screen differences are not considered defects.

Bilva – The Fashion Empire is not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Improper washing or ironing
  • Rough usage or overuse
  • Exposure to water, stains, or accidents
